A Silent Day of contemplative meditation and mindful awareness practice, within the context of RUMI 750: Preparing the Ground, and as we draw closer to Rumi’s Nuptial Night on 17 December.
There will be some spoken guidance in the practices, so we may navigate our interior wisely, especially thoughts and feelings, and with kindness and friendliness.
The day will be facilitated by Sara Hirtenstein
Participation for this session is by invitation.
