You are warmly invited to Chisholme to participate in a two-day celebration of vernal greening on the 5th and 6th of May.
Sunday 5th will be a day of the Green Man
We will be greeting the spring, looking at the newly planted areas of trees and walking the woodlands. In the evening, weather permitting, there will be a barbecue.
Gather in the yurt near the woodland kitchen from 9.15am. There will be coffee before setting off for the first walk of the day. Further walks in the afternoon. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear.

Khidr, 'the Green', is known to us as Moses’ companion and his teacher with regard to the knowledge that is ‘close to Me’, that is, esoteric knowledge.
On Monday morning we will meet from 9am for reading and conversation and in the evening there will Khidr’s Day zikr at 9.00 pm.
RSVP to secretary@chisholme.org so we have an idea of numbers.
Please also let us know which days you will be coming, if you will be here for lunch and/or supper either day, and if you need accommodation.

Love and Knowledge in the Light of Unity | the Direct Path
Beshara Trust Foundation Blended Learning Course
16th October 2026 – 18 March 2027
We take great pleasure in presenting the latest iteration following two very successful previous versions. The course comprises fortnightly Zoom sessions, videos by experienced presenters and various tasks and practices. It opens with a residential weekend at Sutton Courtenay Abbey in Oxfordshire UK, which can also be attended online. There is an optional residential weekend or 10 days at Chisholme House, Scotland, at the end of the course from the 1st April.
The course provides a full introduction to the principles of Beshara in terms of both knowledge and practice. Taking the metaphysics of Muhyiddin Ibn ‘Arabi as a starting point, the course explores what it means to understand oneself and the world in the light of the Unity of Existence.
